Ego Death Summer of 2022

An ego death is basically when you let go of your earthly vessel. It can be induced by deep meditation or light psychedelics. For me in this experience, I was surrounded by hundreds of my own bodies. for every memory that I’ve had in this vessel it had its own body - euphoric memories, traumatic memories, and everything in between - one by one I saw each one of my bodies fall apart and dissipate and then I was just warm, vibrating energy. It was very peaceful. If you have a lot going on within the earthly vessel an ego death can be like a nice little vacation for your spirit.
